NCCF Trust is a nonprofit trust organized and existing under the laws of the state of Texas. NCCF Trust was established on August 18, 1998 to receive, hold, and liquidate charitable contributions of units of beneficial interest in privately held business entities that are classified as pass through entities by the IRS Code (S-corporation stock, limited liability company interests, and limited partnership interests).
