Ministry Description

The mission of Lutheran Bible Translators is to make God's Word accessible to those who do not have it in the language of their hearts.

Lutheran Bible Translation brings the Word of God to those people who do not have God's Word in their own heart language. We also teach them how to read and write their own language and develop their own system of reading and writing. We do this by establishing relationships with these people first.
We are supporting the work of Bible translation and Scripture Engagement - placing God's Word in their hands (translation) and on their hearts (Scripture engagement).
