Ministry Description
Awana is a global, nonprofit ministry that provides equipping, training, and engagement resources for evangelism and long-term discipleship. Each week, more than 6 million children and youth take part in Awana programs around the world. Across the globe, Awana gives kids from every background and cultural setting a place to belong, resources to come to belief in Jesus Christ, and guidance and resources to become more like Him.

Praying with our children at bedtime and teaching songs like Jesus Loves Me. For many parents in China, these are revolutionary ideas, but ideas they want to hear and learn about. That is why we are so excited about the ministry that God is opening up to Awana in China.
Awana is providing immediate support to Ukraine missionaries and staff, including the relocation of some of our families away from some of the most violent areas. We are assisting our Ukraine church partners to provide basic supplies like food, water, clothing, shelter and funds, both for those sheltering in place and those who have been displaced inside Ukraine.
