Ministry Description

Gospel Volunteers is a nonprofit religious/educational membership corporation. Its purpose is to present the Biblical truths of Jesus Christ, develop Christian leadership, strengthen the faith of individuals and families, and promote global evangelism. It operates Camp-of- the-Woods, Purdy Conference Center, and Tapawingo Island, and LIFT Discipleship Program, all in Speculator, New York. Its missionary support program includes mission projects world-wide and continuing education programs for Christian service.

We support 18 missionaries and fund many important projects that will bring the good news of Jesus Christ around the world. We are committed to supporting our missionaries throughout the year. While most of our missions funds come in during the summer months, our missionaries' needs continue year-round.
