Serve with the global body of Christ to advance Bible translation and work together so people can encounter God through his Word.

Wycliffe USA is partnering with local teams to translate Scripture into the Bamileke Cluster languages — Bamenyam, Bebele, Kwa, Mbo and Ndanda. To meet the needs expressed by local church leaders, a set of 30 oral Scripture stories will be developed first for each language. These narratives draw from Old and New Testament passages that highlight God’s redemptive plan for creation. Additionally, each of the teams will translate the Gospel of Luke, publishing it in print and audio formats.
The work of Wycliffe goes forward through the ministry of missionaries who are dedicated to the task of translating God’s Word. You can help ensure that our dedicated missionaries around the world are able to do the work God has called them to do.
Wycliffe USA is working in partnership with a local team to make Scripture available for the first time in Rwandan Sign Language. The Deaf church in Rwanda is confident that Scripture in Rwandan Sign Language will help Deaf people better understand the Bible. It will also provide a defense for those vulnerable to false teaching. The team will translate 32 chronological Bible stories – spanning Old and New Testament content from Creation to Pentecost.
Millions of people are still waiting for God’s Word in a language that speaks to their hearts. The Worldwide Projects Fund provides the opportunity to partner with Bible translation projects around the world and help ensure that critical projects do not have to slow down or stop due to lack of funding. Instead, project teams are able to continue working, giving people access to God’s Word in a language they clearly understand.
