PIR Ministries

Ministry Description
PIR Ministries (dba Anchor Ministries International) helps Christian Leaders find hope, clarity, and renewal. We are a team of experienced pastors and leaders who walk with ministry leaders through the challenges of life and ministry because we’ve been there. We help them clear the debris so they can find their own way forward. We offer coaching, retreats, workshops, and keynote speaking along with many proven resources to help them with brokenness, conflict, sin, feeling stuck and the practical challenges of ministry life.

Restoring Health, Hope, and Passion:
• Healing for the wounded and spiritually dry pastors.
• Hope for pastors who feel stuck, discouraged, or have lost their vision.
• Recovering passion for those who are weary from the demands of ministry.

Proven Processes, Resources, and Tools:
• Processes include clergy coaching, spiritual direction, conflict training, and the Pastor-in Residence program.
• Our network of refuge churches, the Clergy Sabbatical Planning Toolkit, and ministry partners are valuable resources for both pastors and church leaders.
• Our Clergy Health Assessment, the PRO-D Leadership Assessment, and interactive workshops are just some of the helpful tools we provide.
