Redeemed Ministries

Ministry Description
Founded in 2005 and incorporated in 2007, Redeemed Ministries is a Houston area nonprofit dedicated to providing restoration services for adult female survivors of domestic sex trafficking. As the longest-running safe home in Texas for survivors of trafficking, we offer restoration services through comprehensive residential programming in a safe, home-like environment with 24/7 care. Survivors participate in up to two-years of residential programming designed to provide safety, stability, and therapeutic care, followed by an additional two years of graduate support as they transition toward independence. This continuum of care ensures each woman receives the time, tools, and relationships needed to build and sustain a new life free from exploitation.

The women participating in the Redeemed Restoration Program have a choice to do either a faith-based or secular-based track for their journey to healing. Most women choose to do the faith-based track where they are exposed to required readings from Christian authors who share the Gospel and its power in restoration and healing. Our in-house curriculum also presents the Gospel. The Gospel is presented in multiple group times by staff and volunteers. Our staff and volunteers lead a weekly Bible study where the Gospel is presented every week to the women who participate. We teach, minister, live and act out the Gospel in all that we do at Redeemed.
