At International Needs, sharing the love of Jesus is the motivation for every interaction. We work to integrate the gospel of Jesus Christ with practical acts of compassion, with special focus on gospel outreach, economic empowerment, education, health & sanitation, and refugees & relief. We are dedicated to working with impoverished and exploited populations around the world, providing those in need with tools to transform people and families into vibrant and productive communities.

International Needs’ economic development programs provide pathways for moving above the poverty of living on $2 a day. Learning marketable skills, having the opportunity to start a small business, and living free from human trafficking are all vital parts of building a solid economic future.
Education throughout the majority of the world means more than just the basics of reading and writing. International Needs’ sponsorship for children equips them to envision and achieve a lifetime of successful options. The longevity of the program now assists a second generation of young people preparing to serve Christ in their community and the global marketplace.
In some regions of the world, unsafe water causes more deaths than armed conflicts. International Needs addresses the urgent need for food and clean water in some of the most remote and poverty-stricken areas of the world. School food programs and agricultural development initiatives give nutritional support while rainwater catchment systems are installed or bore wells are dug, providing life-giving safe water.
Transformed lives and changed communities are truly accomplished only through a relationship with Jesus Christ. Proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ is at the core of all International Needs programs. That is why the gospel is shared with all whom we encounter and why we directly support church planters and community workers throughout the world.
Medical professionals from the US volunteer to serve on medical trips where they partner with resident physicians, nurses, dentists, and optometrists in the host country to provide free care that covers everything from wound care to malaria - and eyeglasses! Ongoing care is provided by International Needs medical clinics, ensuring consistent care for communities.
