Ministry Description

LeaderSource serves existing and emerging leaders in developing nations. In several nations our current projects include the development, translation, printing, and distribution of leadership training materials, leadership training events designed to better equip national leaders, and helping national leaders to establish their own leader development processes

The mission of LeaderSource SGA (our official organization name is Strategic Global Assistance) is to catalyze and strengthen indigenous movements of healthy leader development and care, and thereby accelerate church planting and disciple-making, especially in areas of the world where Christianity is growing rapidly. In short, we equip churches to build healthy leaders.
