Ministry Description

Mescal's Children's Center of Hope, Inc. (MCCH), is a Christian organization supporting an orphanage and several community development programs in Luanda, Kenya. MCCH financially supports the work of national ministry partners in Kenya and makes ministry decisions in collaboration with the Kenyan leadership team. MCCH also leads evangelical mission teams regularly to the orphanage to support in ongoing discipleship of the children and to share the gospel with the surrounding community of Luanda. MCCH is currently in the process of opening a Christian Primary School, with plans to begin holding classes in Summer 2021. Founder and Executive Director, Ruth Owuor, believes that children ministered to at MCCH will grow up to be strong Christian citizens and leaders, greatly impacting Kenya for the Kingdom of God.

Mescal's Children's Center of Hope is changing lives in an orphanage in Luanda, Kenya. Ruth Owuor, who sacrificially provided financially for these children for ten years while in America, is now the administrator of MCCH in Kenya. As you can imagine and expect, she and the MCCH board are diligent in seeing that every penny given goes directly to meet the needs of the children.
