The Museum of the Bible is an innovative, global educational institution whose purpose is to invite all people to engage with the transformative power of the Bible. In November 2017, the Museum opened its new 430,000 square-foot, nonprofit museum in Washington, D.C., located three blocks from the U.S. Capitol. To date it has welcomed more than 1 million visitors and has been recognized as one of USA Today's top 10 new attractions. The Museum also continues research initiatives as well as domestic and international traveling exhibits.
