Forgotten Voices is demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ by partnering with local churches in southern Africa to empower families and caregivers to meet the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of orphaned and vulnerable children in their communities. We believe that the local church under trustworthy leadership and committed community members is the best-positioned entity to meaningfully and effectively serve the needs of their community in ways that are tailored to their specific context. Through custom plans, capacity building, and sustainable impact, Forgotten Voices is innovating orphan care through the local church in Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe by catalyzing a sustainable, family-based response to the orphan crisis.

Every single day in Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe 1,000 children become orphaned. However, while the number of orphans in Africa has been exponentially growing, so has something else - the Christian church. Our model provides a path to sustainable, community-based orphan care through local churches. Join us in providing hope!
