International China Concern (ICC) is a Christian development organization that changes lives by bringing love, hope, and opportunity to China's abandoned and disabled. For 21 years, ICC has partnered with the Chinese government to serve China's most vulnerable. Their work provides full time care for over 340 children. Their holistic care includes physical therapy, special education, food, shelter, medicine, clothing, and trained caregivers. ICC also provides community-based support services for families who have children with disabilities. American Friends of International China Concern exists to support the work of International China Concern by raising awareness and funding through churches, organizations, and individuals.

Our Community Outreach Project is taking huge steps to prevent abandonment in China. The project offers urgent support to parents of children with high needs by giving them the essential tools and skills they will need to provide care. We offer support groups, physical therapy, respite services, advocacy for education and vocational training opportunities.
