East County Transitional Living Center inspires people in all communities to make the right decisions through Christ. East County Transitional Living Center exists to give hope and provide a hand up to all people in need by assisting them into independent living through their case managed transitional living programs. East County Transitional Living Center maintains facilities that provide individuals and families the time, financial assistance and knowledge to regain control of their lives through a relationship with Jesus Christ. They report all of their participants to the County of San Diego through the HUD Clarity tracking system for homeless individuals. East County Transitional Living Center works closely with all other agencies in their effort to end chronic homelessness in San Diego County.

Partner with us today to establish an Emergency Housing Fund to help families get off of the streets and into programs. If 100 businesses and individuals could provide a donation of $30.00 per month, we could house, clothe, feed, and provide case-managed counseling to 4 families for 15 days each. This would enable them to clear up court & medical issues, get I.D., establish finances, find short-term immediate housing, aid them in finding work, and give them back some self-esteem.
