Development Associates International

Ministry Description
The mission of Development Associates International (DAI) is to enhance the integrity and effectiveness of Christian leaders worldwide so that the Church can fulfill its role in extending the Kingdom of God. We do this by coming alongside Christian leaders with educational resources, mentoring, consulting and connecting. Our focus is on spiritual formation as well as leadership and management from a biblical perspective. DAI's goal is to help leaders make space for the Holy Spirit to bring change in their personal lives, their leadership and ultimately for them to be agents of transformation in their communities.

GiverConnect™
Transform the way Christian leaders lead in over 80 countries by providing them with a DAI workshop, mentor, or consultant. "I noticed that a major gap in leadership in my country has been character. The DAI program's main focus is restoring godly character in leadership. Without this element of character in leadership, whatever is acquired remains head knowledge without lasting impact. This is why we have many skilled but corrupt leaders." ~ Aggrey, 2016 DAI graduate from Uganda
