To fulfill our mission, Vision Beyond Borders (VBB) uses diverse ministry approaches. We employ sound, proven evangelism methods to deliver God's Word and demonstrate His love and mercy in diverse ways worldwide.
Our main priority is to take Bibles into countries where they are prohibited, unavailable or not affordable. Where the illiteracy rate is high, we use Bible flannel graphs and MP3 players so the people have a visual picture and hear the Gospel in their language.
We also have areas of the ministry that focus on demonstrating the love of God by meeting people's physical needs. Our humanitarian program focuses on sending food, clothes, medical supplies, and other necessities via shipping container to refugees in the Middle East and other areas of the world needing help. Our pastor program seeks to support pastors worldwide in their endeavors to share Jesus with their people, develop new ministry outlets, and grow the church by seeking sponsors to meet their monetary needs. Our women's ministry is committed to helping women and children that are enslaved in sex trafficking around the world with the goal always being to bring hope and healing one life at a time by working with our contacts to spread awareness and prevent trafficking before it occurs, provide resources for those still trapped, offer safety and rehabilitation for those who have been rescued or have escaped, and, most importantly, show each person the love and redemption of Jesus Christ. Our children's ministry partners directly with Gospel-centered homes that we help support. Though VBB does not directly oversee these homes, we partner with ministries that are doing this work in their own countries through sponsorship ensuring that more children in desperate situations will have a place to call home.
