Children of the Nations® (COTN®) is a Christian nonprofit dedicated to raising children out of poverty and hopelessness so they can become leaders who transform their nations. Founded in 1995, the organization currently provides care to orphaned and destitute children in Sierra Leone, Malawi, Uganda, the Dominican Republic, and Haiti. By partnering with local people, they establish Children’s Homes (for orphans) and Village Partnership Programs (to benefit orphans and children living with destitute families or caregivers who cannot properly provide for them). The programs and services they provide include education, nutrition, medical care, and community development initiatives such as agriculture, clean water projects, skills training, and more. COTN believes true, lasting, and meaningful change to a nation begins with children, so they are their mission. COTN stands apart from other organizations in their goal not to provide relief, but rather to empower nationals to a life of self-s

You can bring a smile to a child halfway around the world! SmilePacks contain items children need to thrive, such as Bibles, school supplies, and hygiene products. They help us go above and beyond in providing for our children’s physical, spiritual, and educational needs. SmilePacks are a practical way for you, your church, or your company to help a child in need.
Children of the Nations® (COTN®) provides children with holistic care built on a foundation of sustainable practices. Our WARM (Water, Agriculture, Renewable Energy, and Microenterprise) practices focus on an integrated approach to sustainability. In each instance, we seek long-term solutions that will help the children and families we serve lift themselves out of poverty for good. Join this effort and empower children today, tomorrow, and forever!
Children of the Nations® (COTN®) believes all children deserve the chance to reach their full potential, no matter where they come from. If you believe this too, we invite you to sponsor a child living in poverty. As a sponsor, you join a team of like-minded people who help raise up a child to be a leader who will transform their nation.
