Village Missions trains and places qualified spiritual leadership in neglected communities across the United States and Canada. We supply missionary/pastors in rural and suburban churches at the request of the local congregation. We also provide free online Bible training though our Contender's Discipleship Initiative (CDI). CDI is being used effectively to mentor and train spiritually qualified workers for the ministry. Our goal is to see these churches grow through a strong emphasis on preaching, prayer, evangelism and visitation into a well-grounded, self-sustaining, God-honoring place for worship and outreach. The end goal is to see that church carry its own weight financially and become a strong influence for God in their community. Village Missions has nearly 300 missionary families.

The Village Missions Adopt-A-Rural Church project is designed to supply salary support that enables a smaller rural church to have a full time pastor. Village Missions sends and supports pastors to rural churches that cannot find and/or support a full time pastor.
Providing a comprehensive Biblical and theological Bible training for people in the local church. The training has been used to train up the next generation of pastors and leaders in local congregations.
Each year, Village Missionaries and our VM churches face natural disasters. Communities are left cleaning up, people are trying to put their lives back together, and missionaries are called to provide aid and assistance. The 2021 Natural Disaster Fund is set up to aid and assist our missionaries and churches during these dark moments.
Nearly 19% of the kids in this country live in rural places that are forgotten or neglected by the rest of society. Reach 19 provides rural churches with the tools they need to effectively reach these kids with the love of God.
