The purpose of the Society of Anglican Missionaries and Senders (SAMS) is to be witnesses and make disciples for Jesus Christ in fellowship with the Episcopal/Anglican Church and, in pursuance thereof, to recruit, support, train and send Episcopalians as missionaries to Latin America; to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ; to plant churches; to lead men, women and children in becoming disciples of Jesus Christ and committed members of His Church.

SAMS' vision as Anglicans is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world through servant relationships of word and deed. SAMS' missionaries evangelize, disciple, establish churches, and train leaders. They minister through health clinics, micro enterprise development, Christian schools, and outreach, integrating word and deed. See below for more information on how you as an Anglican/Episcopalian can get involved through praying, sending, giving, or going.
