Ministry Description

Nashville Rescue Mission is a Christ-centered community committed to helping the hungry, homeless, and hurting by providing programs and services that focus on a person’s entire life-physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and social. We are devoted to restoring the whole person through a Christian approach that helps the homeless and addicted learn how much God loves them and gain the biblical insight they need to lead a productive life in and for Christ.

Travelers' Aid serves a variety of travelers who are stranded in Nashville and sincerely trying to find a way home. The program works with qualifying travelers to procure discounted bus tickets to their destinations. Some troubled clients benefit from Bible-based counseling offered by the staff and decide to enter the Mission’s life-recovery program. Your financial support will help travelers get to their destination who normally would not have the means to do so.
