Ministry Description
Biblica exists to provide the Bible in accurate, contemporary translations and formats so that more people around the world will have the opportunity to be transformed by Jesus Christ.

ServantMatch®
Despite the proliferation of cell phones and the internet, there are still many people in the world who don’t have a Bible translation in their language or simply don’t have access to Scripture. Many cannot access the Bible because they are illiterate. Others live in closed countries where Bibles are not available. And those living in poverty cannot afford to purchase a Bible. Providing access to God’s Word in print, digital, and audio formats is one of Biblica’s priorities.
Access alone does not guarantee Bible engagement. That’s why Biblica provides programs to help people go deeper in God’s Word. We strive to give them the tools they need to apply Scripture in their lives, come to faith in Christ, and grow closer to God. We do that through leadership training seminars, Bible-based programs for at-risk youth, and by encouraging people around the world to read and live God’s Word together in community.
Biblica translates the Bible into contemporary languages so people can easily read and understand God’s Word and have their lives transformed by Christ. We then publish each new translation in print, digital, and audio form. With the help of people like you, we translate and publish the Bible so churches, families, men, women, and children throughout the world can have God’s Word in a language they can understand.
In 2004, Biblica launched the Reach4Life program to prevent the spread of HIV infection among teens in Africa. R4L was developed by our South Africa staff in response to the growing spread of HIV among youth. Since its inception, Biblica’s Reach4Life has been adopted in over 22 countries in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. More than 1 million youth in schools, churches, correctional institutions, and settlement camps have completed this life-transforming program.
