ServantMatch®
The work of Wycliffe moves forward because of the missionaries who are dedicated to the task of translating God’s Word. You can help ensure that each of our dedicated missionaries is able to do the work God has called them to do. Your gift provides support for our missionaries’ ministries around the world.
As part of Wycliffe's comprehensive plan in Kenya, this project seeks to build capacity and to strengthen the literacy strategy of our Kenyan partner organization, Bible Translation and Literacy (BTL). The strategy will focus on partnership, networking and collaboration between local communities where BTL has initiated literacy work and national and international stakeholders.
The southern Africa region has been greatly overlooked in the past with regards to Bible translation, and many of the needs in the area are still unknown. Information is needed to make strategic decisions about future language programs and translation work. This project will focus on language assessment and partnership development in this region.
Wycliffe's Worldwide Projects Fund connects the generous hearts of Wycliffe’s financial partners with the urgent needs of Bible translation. Through this fund, your gifts will impact many different projects and language groups all over the world and move Bibleless people closer to having God’s Word in their own language.
