Ministry Description
SIM is an evangelical, interdenominational mission agency working primarily in South America, Africa and Southern Asia. The purpose of SIM is to glorify God by planting, strengthening, & partnering with churches around the world to evangelize the unreached, minister to human need, disciple believers into churches & equip churches to fulfill Christ's Commission. In 1993 SIM celebrated 100 years as a Church Planting Mission with a vision for becoming a Mission Planting Mission. Focusing the way for the second century advance of the gospel is a ministry of partnering with over 10,000 SIM-related congregations & developing leadership with theological integrity. SIM's ministries are funded primarily through the gifts of individuals and churches.
