AMG's purpose is to Advance the Ministries of the Gospel around the world. Now in over 30 countries, AMG reaches people through national workers, church planters, and media evangelism. It engages in programs of relief by instituting and supporting orphanages, Christian schools, day-care centers, hospitals, food and clothing centers, leprosariums and medical ministries. It serves the local U.S. church through discipleship in missions and Biblical stewardship, short and long-term missions partnerships, pastor training opportunities, AMG Publishers and Disciple Magazine.

In nearly a dozen countries, AMG International serves children through orphanages, schools, camps, and daytime childcare centers. AMG is reaching the next generation with the Gospel. We provide food and clothing, medical care, education and personal development, but our ministry to children is built around training them in God's Word and fostering spiritual maturity.
Faced with emergencies such as earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, and flooding, AMG International's disaster relief ministry stands ready to provide desperately needed assistance when the need arises. AMG International has a long history of disaster relief. In fact, AMG was born in the 1940’s to help provide for the needs, both physical and spiritual, of war-torn Greece during and following World War II.
AMG National Workers are the hands and feet of AMG in the countries where we work; men and women reaching out to their own people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. AMG Missionaries serve in numerous countries around the world in various capacities. Some are church planters, others help lead our ministries alongside our national leadership while others provide support roles that are vital to the effective proclamation of the Gospel in their cultural context.
At AMG, "media" can take a wide variety of forms. In several countries (often those closed to overt missionary activity), we work through newspaper/web evangelism: placing Gospel ads in newspapers, magazines, and on websites, and discipling seekers through Bible correspondence courses. There and elsewhere, we also reach out through book/periodical publishing, Gospel tracts, and radio.
Showing the love of Christ through medical care quickly breaks down walls and opens hearts. AMG operates medical facilities ranging in scope from basic-care clinics in places like Haiti and Uganda, to leprosy clinics and an ophthalmological surgery center in India, to the state-of-the art, full-service St. Luke's hospital in Greece.
As supporters of AMG, you know also that we have many ministry projects throughout the Philippines, including the Visayas Region that was hardest hit by the storm. We have seven AMG-affiliated churches in that area, as well as 3 childcare centers, a youth hostel, and the Living Hope Beach Camp ministry. We are so thankful for ministry partners like you around the world who are ready and willing to help those in need.
