Godspeed Resources Connection (GRC) is a faith-based organization dedicated to enabling global workers to thrive! We exclusively serve those sent cross-culturally by providing preventative and restorative care to strengthen their well-being in life and work. We develop emotional, relational, and spiritual health in our clients through debriefing, spiritual direction, counseling, psychiatric care, check ups, and consulting. Our clients include individual global workers and families and their organizations. Delivery of services occur in person in our Columbia, SC office and on-site throughout Indonesia, as well as, online anywhere there is an internet connection overseas. With no required fee for service, GRC operates exclusively on donations.

GRC provides community events that express appreciation to those who are, or have served cross-culturally as Global Workers. These events provide an opportunity to find community among those attending that have similar life experiences. GRC also reaches out to them to provide assistance and care that might be appropriate. Each event allows families a time to have fun, feel appreciated, enjoy good food, form relationships and learn a more about GRC and how we Enable Global Workers to THRIVE!
GRC desires to impact the global worker community in Indonesia. Many experience high stress from living cross culturally, working among people of a different religion and working in teams that may not function well. GRC seeks to assist with these stressors by providing licensed counselors that debrief, coach or provide mental health care if needed. GRC plans recurring trips to multiple locations within the country, and uses secure video sessions to provide follow-up between in-person visits.
