Ministry Description
Apartment Life partners with apartment owners and local churches to place Christian teams (married couple, family, or two single adults) into apartment communities to help each owner create a sense of community and provide care for residents. Each CARES Team receives a rent-free apartment and do things that flow naturally out of the Christian life: welcoming new residents, planning social events, and caring for residents and staff.

CARES by Apartment Life is the apartment industry leader in onsite resident retention. Apartment Life places CARES Teams onsite to help the staff create community and serve residents. CARES Teams focus on four critical stages of the Resident Retention Life Cycle. Witten Advisors' research has proven that CARES adds over $90,000 per year in value to each community. To donate call (817) 685-2963.
We currently have 170 CARES Team members serving more than 60,000 apartment residents in areas impacted by Hurricane Harvey. We typically provide financial support to our CARES Teams and staff members experiencing distress throughout the year, but we are seriously underfunded for an emergency of this magnitude. Your gift of any amount will be used to bring relief to those with the greatest needs. Give with confidence, knowing that our CARES Teams are already in place and at work.
