Ministry Description
ECHO-Cuba is a mission community of Christ-centered people committed to reaching the people of Cuba with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are strengthened by our compassion for the Evangelical Christian Church. The programs directed through our mission promote Christian education, as well as help its Cuban citizens to enhance their lives through; capital projects, social & human services, humanitarian needs, agricultural entrepreneurship, and church organizational capacity.

ServantMatch®
Travel to Cuba is not only legal, but a life-changing experience. Take part in this unique opportunity by bringing humanitarian aid to churches in the last standing communist country in the western hemisphere. Learn first-hand about the condition of life in Cuba. Observe ongoing missions projects and interact with Christians working with local churches. Meet individuals benefitting from these ministries such as children, elderly, and the handicapped, as well as see the beauty of the island.
ECHOcuba’s network of over 800 churches and ministries in Cuba are independent from the government controlled Cuban Council of Churches. However, Cuba continues to be won for Christ, with over 3,000 house churches and seminaries dedicated to spreading the Good News. The politically independent churches conduct a range of social projects, from elderly and child care, educational and pastoral support, to micro-enterprise, business, and community leadership development.
