The mission of Leadership Transformations is to cultivate vibrant spirituality and attentive discernment among Christian leaders and teams. This is accomplished through: Soul Care Retreats and Soul Sabbaths, Spiritual Leadership Communities, Spiritual Formation Groups, Spiritual Direction Training, Spiritual Discernment for Teams, Spiritual Health Assessments, and Spiritual Formation Resources.
