International Interns is a Christian organization whose primary focus is Church Planting and Leadership Training in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Our purpose is to establish, edify, and extend the local church until a nation is saturated with trained, Spirit-filled disciples who are able to train others. Through the creation and cultivation of national and international partnerships, we develop resources used to provide leadership training, appropriate ministry tools, and help for national Christians. In addition to administering Leadership Development Institutes, International Interns also facilitates a Global Empowerment Ministry that encourages the development of national businesses to sustain local pastors and ministry. The Compassion Ministry responds to human need by taking action in natural emergencies and providing relief to chronic human sufferings. We empower the national leadership by assisting in the evaluation and response to the current local needs, utilizing national resources. A multinational prayer network undergirds the church planting, leadership development, global empowerment and compassion ministries.
