Join the fight against hunger and homelessness in the Phoenix metro area. The Phoenix Rescue Mission is a place of hope, healing, and new beginnings for men, women, and children in our community struggling with homelessness, addiction, and trauma. We offer a number of Christ-centered programs and services including shelter and emergency services, addiction recovery programs for men, women, and women with children, counseling, spiritual recovery, case management, vocational development, and our Hope Coach mobile outreach to reach those who are still on the streets. Every day, 365 days a year, hundreds of men, women and children come through our doors hungry for a hot meal. Meeting this most basic human need is often the first step to helping those struggling on the streets to get back on their feet. Our Community Services Center has 250 beds, over 100 for emergency shelter and nearly 150 for men in our recovery program. The Changing Lives Center for women and children houses nearly 200.

During the Code Red months of May-August, with temps rarely leaving the triple digits, life on the streets goes from unbearable to deadly. Homeless men, women, and children urgently need your help to survive the blistering summer heat. The Mission brings the community together every summer to collect hundreds of thousands of bottles of water, create Hope Totes to give to those on the street, and raise funds to offer shelter from the deadly heat.
During the Christmas season, you can help families in need, and in the process, receive a dollar-for-dollar credit on your Arizona state taxes! How does it work? You can make a donation to Phoenix Rescue Mission of any amount (up to $200 if filing singly or $400 if filing jointly for your Arizona state tax return). When you file your Arizona taxes, you can claim a dollar-for-dollar Arizona Charitable Tax Credit that will either reduce your tax liability or increase your refund.
$1.92 can change a life. You can help us give water, food, and hope to a homeless man, woman, or child for only $1.92 per person. Learn how your tax-deductible donation, in any amount, can change a person's life.
