TCM exists to assist, disciple, encourage, and equip Christians in Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, and beyone to reach their own people for Christ. TCM also ministers to churches and individuals in the United States of America, Canada, and other countries around the world, assisting them in missionary outreach and Christian stewardship education. Programs include leadership training (from basic to graduate level), provision of Christian literature, benevolent help, personal visitation and counsel, preaching, missions education, stewardship consultation, economic assistance, and promoting a world Christian vision in churches and individual Christians.

TCM’s vision is “That every nation will have effective leaders of disciple making movements impacting their churches, countries, and cultures for Christ.” To carry out this vision, TCM continually seeks for God’s leading in identifying new areas of global expansion. With God’s leading TCM’s goal is to equip more disciple makers in geographical regions where TCM already has a presence. TCM also seeks to expand into regions of the world where there are few Christians or disciple makers. TCM needs
