Vonna Laue Joins the ECFA Team

ECFA is pleased to announce that Vonna Laue will join the ECFA team on August 1 as an Executive Vice President.

Vonna earned her BS degree in accounting from Black Hills State University and her MBA degree in Leadership and Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado. She is a CPA and has served nonprofits in a variety of board and advisory positions, and has published articles in national publications as well as co-authored the book, Essential Guide to Church Finance. She was inducted into the NACBA Church Management Hall of Fame in 2010.

Vonna joined the accounting firm of CapinCrouse in 1996 where she served ministries through audit and consulting services. She was the firm’s managing partner when she felt God’s call to step away in 2016. Vonna and her husband, Bryan, have two teenage daughters.

“Vonna is a well-known leader, speaker and author, and her coming to ECFA will significantly increase our capacity," said ECFA President Dan Busby. “Our membership, which has dramatically increased to 2,140, and prospective members will enjoy working with her.”
