Rocky Mountain Christian Church Accredited by National Financial Accountability Organization
NIWOT, CO – The ECFA (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability) announced today the accreditation of Rocky Mountain Christian Church of Niwot, CO.
ECFA accreditation is based on the ECFA Seven Standards of Responsible Stewardship™, including financial accountability, transparency, sound board governance and ethical fundraising.
Rocky Mountain Christian Church joins a growing number of Christ-centered churches and ministries across America, supported by over 27 million donors that have earned the right to display the ECFA seal. When an organization is accredited by ECFA, it demonstrates its willingness to follow the model of biblical accountability.
“We are pleased to accredit a church committed to know Jesus and love like Him,” said Dan Busby, president of ECFA.
Founded in 1984, Rocky Mountain Christian Church (www.rmcc.org) accomplishes their mission through four priorities – weekends, families, neighborhood, and missions. On weekends, they worship God and help people make next steps on their faith journey. They partner with parents to raise kids and students in a Christ-centered home. They love their neighbors by serving, encouraging and inviting them to church. Rocky Mountain Christian Church engages in local and global missions with special interests in Kenya and Ecuador. They believe in the truth of the Bible and the grace of Jesus.
ECFA, founded in 1979, provides accreditation to leading Christian nonprofit organizations that faithfully demonstrate compliance with the ECFA Standards pertaining to financial accountability, fundraising and board governance.
