Living Waters Church Certified by National Financial Accountability Organization
MEADVILLE, PA – The ECFA (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability) announced today the certification of Living Waters Church of Meadville, PA.
ECFA certification is based on the ECFA Seven Standards of Responsible Stewardship™, including financial accountability, transparency, sound board governance and ethical fundraising.
Living Waters Church joins a growing number of Christ-centered churches and ministries across 6+America, supported by over 27 million donors that have earned the right to display the ECFA seal. When an organization is certified by ECFA, it demonstrates its willingness to follow the model of biblical accountability.
“We are pleased to certify a church committed to announce the life-giving message of Jesus that others may become fully devoted followers of Christ,” said Dan Busby, president of ECFA.
Founded in 2001, Living Waters Church’s (www.livingwaterschurch.tv) vision is a community not passive in their faith but progressive in advancing the kingdom of God; that is a voice of hope in a hurting world; and that is known for their love.
ECFA, founded in 1979, provides certification to leading Christian nonprofit organizations that faithfully demonstrate compliance with the ECFA Standards pertaining to financial accountability, fundraising and board governance.
