Lighthouse Outreach Center Accredited by National Financial Accountability Organization
BARTLESVILLE, OK – The ECFA (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability) announced today the accreditation of Lighthouse Outreach Center of Bartlesville, OK.
ECFA accreditation is based on the ECFA Seven Standards of Responsible Stewardship™, including financial accountability, transparency, sound board governance and ethical fundraising.
Lighthouse Outreach Center joins a growing number of Christ-centered churches and ministries across America, supported by over 27 million donors that have earned the right to display the ECFA seal. When an organization is accredited by ECFA, it demonstrates its willingness to follow the model of biblical accountability.
“We are pleased to accredit a ministry committed to provide housing, food, clothes, spiritual guidance, and recovery for drug and alcohol abuse,” said Dan Busby, president of ECFA.
Founded in 1992, Lighthouse Outreach Center (http://bartlesvillelighthouse.weebly.com/) is a Christ-centered homeless shelter. They provide services with a family atmosphere of love and peace; teaching them of the Lord Jesus Christ and providing the resources it takes to guide and direct them to be self-sufficient citizens in their community.
