International Fellowship of Evangelical Students - USA Accredited by National Financial Accountability Organization

PLATTEVILLE, WI  – The Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) announced today the accreditation of International Fellowship of Evangelical Students - USA of Platteville, WI.

ECFA accreditation is based on the ECFA Seven Standards of Responsible Stewardship™, including financial accountability, transparency, sound board governance and ethical fundraising.

International Fellowship of Evangelical Students – USA joins a growing number of Christ-centered churches and ministries across America, supported by over 35 million donors that have earned the right to display the ECFA seal.  When an organization is accredited by ECFA, it demonstrates its willingness to follow the model of biblical accountability.

Founded in 2008, International Fellowship of Evangelical Students - USA (www.ifesworld.org) promotes and raises the profile of International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) in the US with the general public and InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, and supports the worldwide ministry of IFES from within the US by developing more informed prayer for IFES around the world, developing relationships with donors, seeking, accepting and receipting financial donations to further the work of IFES, and providing assistance to IFES staff and national movements as they engage with US partners.
