HIS BridgeBuilders Accredited by National Financial Accountability Organization

DALLAS, TX  – The Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) announced today the accreditation of HIS BridgeBuilders of Dallas, TX.

ECFA accreditation is based on the ECFA Seven Standards of Responsible Stewardship™, including financial accountability, transparency, sound board governance and ethical fundraising.

HIS BridgeBuilders joins a growing number of Christ-centered churches and ministries across America, supported by over 35 million donors that have earned the right to display the ECFA seal.  When an organization is accredited by ECFA, it demonstrates its willingness to follow the model of biblical accountability.

“We are pleased to include in our membership a ministry committed to uniting and mobilizing the body of Christ to bring transformation to cities through salvation and restoration of communities for the glory of God,” said Dan Busby, president of ECFA.

Founded in 1995, HIS BridgeBuilders (www.hisbridgebuilder.org) envisions transformed cities for Jesus Christ through the revival of its people, the reconciliation of communities, the renewal of neighborhoods, and the reformation of the culture. They accomplish their mission and vision through mentoring, neighborhood Bible studies, education via GED, computer training and ESL, and employment training in various industries including machine shop and optical lab technician and optical dispensary technician. HIS BridgeBuilders also operates an eye clinic providing low-cost exams and glasses.  They partner with other organizations to facilitate employment and home ownership.  In the near future they will be expanding their employment training courses and re-opening their dental clinic.  All education classes, employment training courses and other activities are infused with mentoring and discipleship.
