Dugit Messianic Outreach Center Becomes an ECFA Accredited Organization

Dugit Messianic Outreach Center Accredited by National Financial Accountability Organization

JACKSONVILLE, FL – The ECFA (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability) announced today the accreditation of Dugit Messianic Outreach Center of Jacksonville, FL.

ECFA accreditation is based on the ECFA Seven Standards of Responsible Stewardship™, including financial accountability, transparency, sound board governance and ethical fundraising.

Dugit Messianic Outreach Center joins a growing number of Christ-centered churches and ministries across America, supported by over 27 million donors that have earned the right to display the ECFA seal.  When an organization is accredited by ECFA, it demonstrates its willingness to follow the model of biblical accountability.

“We are pleased to accredit a ministry committed to share the good news with all Israelis including Jewish and Arab citizens and visitors,” said Dan Busby, president of ECFA.

Founded in 1993, Dugit Messianic Outreach Center’s (www.dugit.org) main function is a coffee shop that gives away a free first cup of coffee with the goal of sharing the gospel of Yeshua or praying for these individuals. Since its start over 25 years ago, a congregation was started to disciple those that received Yeshua as their messiah through relationship with the outreach center. A distribution center was also started to meet needs of poor families and holocaust survivors as an open door to share the gospel. In addition to these outreaches, Pastor Avi Mizrachi, also started the VIP House of Prayer to unite the believers in Tel Aviv and Israel to cover ministries in prayer.
