Capilla Calvario de Phoenix Certified by National Financial Accountability Organization
PHOENIX, AZ – The ECFA (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability) announced today the certification of Capilla Calvario de Phoenix of Phoenix, AZ.
ECFA certification is based on the ECFA Seven Standards of Responsible Stewardship™, including financial accountability, transparency, sound board governance and ethical fundraising.
Capilla Calvario de Phoenix joins a growing number of Christ-centered churches and ministries across America, supported by over 27 million donors that have earned the right to display the ECFA seal. When an organization is certified by ECFA, it demonstrates its willingness to follow the model of biblical accountability.
“We are pleased to certify a church committed to exalt Jesus Christ and edify the saints,” said Dan Busby, president of ECFA.
Founded in 1996, Capilla Calvario de Phoenix’s (www.calvario.org) vision is to see a generation rise up that has a passion for God and for his mission. They desire to see a community of believers who after being transformed by the grace of Jesus Christ, will in turn act as catalysts in effecting transformation in their families, in their communities, and ultimately in the world.
ECFA, founded in 1979, provides certification to leading Christian nonprofit organizations that faithfully demonstrate compliance with the ECFA Standards pertaining to financial accountability, fundraising and board governance.
