As a service to our members and friends, ECFA provides compensation survey information for the top positions for churches and other nonprofit organizations. These positions include:
• The top position in the organization (senior pastor, president, CEO, executive director, etc)
• The chief operating officer or similar positions
• The chief financial officer or similar positions
• The chief development officer or similar positions
The data is available by four geographic regions of the U.S., by position, by revenue and by type of organization.
There is no charge for the compensation data; however, you will be required to register before accessing the compensation data. Registration is easy and free! You'll simply be asked for your email address, first name, last name, organization, and state.
